I highly recommend LaMettry's Collision. They kept me apprised of their progress, finished ahead of schedule and did a great job. My car looked fantastic after the repairs.

It went well, with an after hours pickup of the vehicle and them dealing directly with insurance, just needing me to pay the deductible out of pocket. I did need to call the next day to confirm everything as there was apparently some confusion between the after-hours people and the people in the office the next day, but they got it resolved in a timely manner and completed the work. It looked great, I would definitely consider using them again for body work.

They quickly provided an estimate and also interfaced with the insurance company who was paying the bill. There was a delay in completing the work due to insurance challenges but they provided a loaner car rental company and kept me regularly updated on progress and when the vehicle was done. A walkthrough was done of the work completed to ensure I was satisfied with the quality before the final bill was paid.

EXCELLENT! Rebecca was successfully in her efforts to have my windshield replaced before I arrived from out of town to pick up my car at Feldmann's. Rebecca went above and beyond for me and seriously, I won't forget her. I would use LaMettry's in the future with no question. They take care of their customers. Even if Rebecca had not spun this miracle I still truly would have respected her and her efforts to try and make it happen.

It was fine. Somebody else gave me the name. I was there once. I now it was over a thousand dollars. I didn't get any prices anywhere else but they come highly recommended. I think my son recommended them. I was completely satisfied. They gave me a quote, they did it, they told me when everything would be there, everything was on time and very polite. We didn't get a bid anywhere else on it, we just went on the recommendation. My son said he didn't know whether they were the cheapest or the most expensive or in between, we just went ahead and did it. He said what it would be and they said there could be other things or a variable in there but it was very close to what he thought it was going to be.
