Quick and smooth

I hired American Sewer on an emergency basis to resolve a drain back-up issue. I had a 48-hour window where I was home before traveling out of town for a week. American Sewer replied almost immediately, and in approximately 24 hours, had the entire situation revolved. Not only were they prompt, they were thorough, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend American Sewer.

Brian and Heather were so friendly and they did a good job on cleaning up my mom sewer! I worked with them before on multiple job on my own house needless to say that I liked them.

Experience was top notch. John who initially contacted me was very nice, it was after 4 in the afternoon when we first spoke and he was still willing to get somebody out that evening. I set up an appointment for the following morning which worked well for me. Seth the tech was on time, called before he arrived, and was very professional. Explained everything to me and even gave a couple tips on other possible simple clog removal I could do myself. Two thumbs up with a smile!

Seth came early and took care of the clog right away. He gave clear info on what he was going to do and even gave us advise to avoid the clogging in the future. He's very friendly and does clean work. Great guy, great job!

Seth arrived within one hour of my initial contact. He assessed the situation and clearly explained our options. He went right to work and had the clogged sewer main cleared in short order, showing us on camera what the problem was and that it was fixed. I was impressed by Seth's communication skills and his ability to clear the blockages with minimal upset and no collateral damage. I will certainly call on American Sewer again and will recommend them to others.

While not fully successful in getting my drain open, the plumber worked and worked at it. Problem was not a blocked drain but damage to pipe so it was not within scope of what I hired them to do. Tremendous effort in trying everything to clear the line and very much help to me in getting the pipe damage project scoped really made this service experience positive.

very professional, excellent customer service

Answered my call after they responded to my bid request but I hadn't called them back til 2nd day Responded to do job the next day noon so my tenant would have to wait over the weekend. Showed up on time got job done quickly and professionly. Knew what they were doing and I was pleasantly surprised by the price I will use them enthusiastically if I need a clog cleared. Really pleased!

Jed showed up right on time. Didn't take long he and the drain working great. Reasonable price also.
