I had a basement floor drain pipe that was clogged. Service was very prompt and professional. They have the knowledge and equipment to get the job done.

I can't thank Jonathan enough for 1) calling first; 2) being immediately available; 3) charging a fair rate; 4) noticing other issues and making suggestions to correct them, too. A true professional, Jonathan is completely recommended!

Joe was very polite and efficient. He worked on our problem until he was satisfied that it was done, admitting it was a challenge for him because of the length of snake he had to use. He did a really nice job of cleaning up after the job was done.

American Sewer was wonderful. We actually live out of their service area, and they offered to help find us someone local. When they couldn't find a preferred company in our area, they cam out anyway. (I paid a little extra for their travel, but it was well worth it). The man who cave to our house (I believe his name was Joe) was very delightful. Friendly and patient with the chaos of a homeschooling family with 5 kids who weren't the quietest. I'd use them again in a heart beat, and recommend them to friends (especially those who live in their service area :) )

Jonathan was quick to respond. He did a excellent job unclogging our sewer. He kept our house clean throughout the process and saved our Halloween Party!

I have already recommended American Sewer to family and friends. Service was great! Jon came in, checked the situation, and got our lines clear in about an hour for just under $100. Other companies were quoting me over $300! Will most definitely be calling American Sewer every time!!
