Austin and Kevin were very knowledgeable and super helpful during the quote process. They communicated frequently and let me know when there were schedule changes. The crew came on the day they were scheduled and did a great job. After the installation, there was one downspout that needed modification per the quote. The installers came back promptly (within 2 days) and resolved the issue. We love the new gutters and would definitely recommend NJR for gutters!
