Kali Concrete was recommended by a neighbor, who couldn’t be happier with his driveway, walkway and patio for over five years. He also wished he had not replaced his garage floor using another concrete company. For my driveway and walkway, Kali removed the old asphalt and concrete. They then put down a layer of gravel and placed rebar throughout before pouring concrete and spraying of sealer. The results look great.

I could not be more pleased with the professionalism, attention to detail, and work ethic of Troy Kali and his crew. With this company, the owner, Troy Kali, is not only on hand for all the work, he performs the most critical. parts of the job himself, and no one outworks him. For a fair price (well less than other bidders), Troy gave us a new driveway, beautiful in both appearance and workmanship. But perhaps the most telling testimonial for Kali Concrete is that well known local concrete companies often often sub contract their driveway construction work to Kali. From my perspective, it makes much more sense to hire Kali Concrete directly and avoid the middleman.

Awesome work!!!! Troy and his crew were exceptional all the way. There were problems noticed during the removal of the old asphalt driveway. Troy recommended the fill be replaced. He arranged for the excavation with a great contractor. Troy found a problem and had it fixed correctly. It is always great to find a contractor that is not just in it to make a quick buck. I appreciate contractors that do jobs correctly. I would definitely recommend Kali to my friends and will use them again. Thanks Troy and crew.

They came in the morning tore up the asphalt driveway. Same day they laid out the driveway and poured the concrete. Cleaned up afterwards. Came back the next day to install joints and pressure washed the driveway.

They answered all of my questions and provided detailed information on how they install concrete and what steps they take. The installation was done professionally and on time. Troy and his team from Kali did a fantastic job replacing our old blacktop driveway with a concrete one. They are very detailed oriented, punctual and friendly to work with. Always in contact from A to Z. But what we experienced, and we believe sets them apart from other companies, is they care about their customers. Two days after finishing our driveway, we discovered an unforeseen issue in one of the corners. Called Troy the next day and he came right over, saw the issue and came up with a plan to replace and repour two blocks of concrete, plus an extra one adjacent to the problematic ones which was not part of the contract, to provide additional grading. To us that’s good solid professionalism and respect for the customer, something you rarely see these days. I would recommend Troy and Kali for every and any concrete project. Thank you guys!

Prompt, quick and the footing and floor were very accurate within a 1/4" across a 12'x20' measured diagonally corner to corner. That made framing a breeze. Plus when the floor was poured it rained buckets and the finisher was able to not only save the floor but did a great job. Most excellent work.

When the floor was finished it looked great and I was happy. It turned out that after completion, there were a couple of unexpected consequences that needed some further attention. I called Troy and he said they would fix any issues that needed fixing. They were true to their word and came back to take of things just like Troy promised. Beyond that, their team was very professional and respectful, from the estimate through their last visit. Wouldn't hesitate to use them, or recommend them, again.

All my questions were answered and the estimator offered helpful suggestions on managing the project. The work was scheduled without delay. We were very happy with the entire process and the resulting driveway. During the estimate discussion, Troy brought up details we hadn't thought of such as that they would drive rods into the garage so that the new driveway wouldn't sink, replace a couple blocks of sidewalks to make them even with the new (non-sinking) driveway and replace the water cap in the driveway to be the correct one. The day of the project, the crew was friendly and hard-working. We would definitely hire Kali Concrete again if we needed concrete work done.

Kali concrete is a top-tier operation. I received quotes from three different concrete companies. All were approximately $8500 for a complete concrete driveway replacement. When I met Troy (the owner of Kali), I knew right away that he was both knowledgeable and very particular about job quality. He fully explained the whole process from start to finish. While all the price quotes were approximately the same, Kali uses higher quality concrete, placed the rebar three feet on center (vs. four feet), and poured the concrete five inches thick (vs. four). Troy always stayed in touch with us and let us know in advance when he would be performing work. He was always on site working/supervising. His workers were very neat and respectful of our property. The finished product is fantastic. I highly recommend Kali Concrete.
