I've been seeing my stylist for years & she's always done a wonderful job with color & cut. After that much time I've seen any number of patrons after receiving services & they all look wonderful.

My experience was good!  I had been going to an Aveda salon and wanted to try a place that was a bit cheaper.  Well, unfortunately this salon isn't much cheaper, but they do have an awesome special for new clients.  Jamie was awesome!  She and I discussed what I was looking for throughout the entire process.  I had a pretty drastic cut and color service, so she wanted to make sure I was happy with it the entire way.  Everything was perfect.  When she finished, she assured me over and over again to come back if there was absoutely anything I didn't like about the cut/color.

I just started going to them. I have only been there twice so far. My hairdresser, Karrissa is very good and she seemed to know exactly what do with my hair in accordance to what I wanted. She did the color really good. I didn't have any numbers to give her of hair color that I had been using. I liked my hair better than it had been. Karissa is nice and friendly. It is a very good experience going there. I don't have a problem with what they charge because it is a very nice salon and they are experienced.

My husband and I relocated to Andover on August 13, 2010. I don't know about most of you out there, but often, the worst part of moving is finding new service providers, especially hair stylist, nail techs and doctors - not necessarily in that order:-) Anyway, I expected to take months to find competent, friendly providers who take pride in their work and listen to my preferences. But...one of my husband's co-workers mentioned that Emily, hair stylist at The Parlour in Andover, does a great job and she was very happy with her. I decided to give her a try and found her to be the best hair stylist who has ever done my hair. She listens to what I'd like to do and makes suggestions as to the best way to accomplish that - namely, try to get a little length to my hair. I usually get so frustrated at the in-between lengths that I give up and cut it short again. Not so with Emily. So far, because of her excellent cuts and texturizing, I like the way my hair looks and think I might be able to stick it out to the length I'd like to have. Because I was so happy w/Emily, I decided to try the nail tech at The Parlour. I'd already had 2 disappointing appointments at other salons in the area so I didn't really expect to find a nail home so easily. First of all, Sheila is a great listener. She's also a really good nail tech. I'm kind of picky about the way my gel nails are done and thought I'd have a really hard time finding a tech who did as good a job as my previous one. Much to my surprise, Sheila is even better - gives me a nice, thin, well-shaped nail just the way I like it. I've got a standing appt every 2 weeks. As you can tell, I'm thrilled with my experience at The Parlour. All that, and their prices are very reasonable. I'm looking forward to trying some of their other services, especially massage.
