DEPENDABLE DISPOSAL

Large dumpster delivered quickly. Called one evening and they said it would be delivered in the very next morning. They were there promptly at 8am and I was able to start my project earlier than expected.

Service was fast, on-time, and the best price. They even thought to put down boards so as to protect my driveway from the weight.

I called a number of different places finding it a little difficult to compare prices. Most wanted to add charges for dumping, or additional fuel charges. I called Dependable (through a company they had purchased). Michael was very thorough in explaining the fee and explaining why I could only dump what we had requested the dumpster for. They delivered on time, set everything up perfectly, advised the best way to use the dumpster for tearing off the roof, and picked it up right when I told him we were finished. A very positive experience.

I called Dependable Disposal after I'd reserved a dumpster through another dumpster service, and had the service canceled because they said they could not get their crane truck into our South Minneapolis alley. Michael was familiar with our neighborhood, and came out the same day to verify that he could get the truck and dumpster into our parking area off of the alley; while he admitted it was a challenging entry due to a fenced play area attached to a neighboring church at the end of the alley, he took his time and got the truck backed in. Because he happened to have a dumpster on the truck when he came, he left it for us the same day. He was extremely cheerful and pleasant, explained the restrictions about what could go in the dumpster carefully, and was flexible on the pick up date (we had to change it twice due to a contractor delay on a flooring project). A couple of weeks later, we used their company again with the same positive experience.
