Real Seal

Hired to pave our driveway. Paid them 1/2 down in May. Never heard from this company for 6 weeks. No updates by customer care representative. Nothing! Thought they stole our money. Would have been nice to call us and update us when they were coming out. I had to reach out to them for an update. Finally came in July. When they came out to remove the existing driveway, they disconnected the invisible fence and never hooked it back up. Called to report this to the company owner. The owner calls a week later to address it. That's poor customer service. Glad my dog wasn't hit by a car. We already hooked the fence back up. Next, they came to pave the driveway. The crew left my garage door open when they left the property and no one was home. The paving crew had also disconnected the invisible fence and didn't inform us. Very sloppy work by the crews. Poor customer service. When I called to report the incidences, to the owner's wife who is the customer service representative, she never called me back to acknowledge the situation. Would NEVER hire this company again. Extremely poor customer service and sloppy customer care. Completely unacceptable to leave our garage door open when they found it down and to disconnect our invisible fence twice and failing to inform us or reconnect it.

I had called another company before I recieved a call from Dan. I even begged the 1st company, texted them, left them a message but they didnot return despite having promised and failed to fulfil it. But Dan-Whiteout snowr removal got my info from home advisor, called me and did the job within 3 hrs! I had waited for 3 days. He was patient, courteous, & his price was very reasonable.
