Owner Mike came by about hour after I called. Found out we needed a new heating element for our oven. Ordered part and installed it 2 days later. Very affordable. I would highly recommend this company.

Mike was quick with his response to our needs and diagnosed the issue quickly! He was back the next business day and our fridge is back up and running! I will most definitely recommend Able and if I need anything else fixed he’ll be my first call!

I CALLED MIKE AND HE HAD TIME BEFORE NEXT APPOINTMENT. HE WAS HERE IN LESS THAN A HOUR. HE WAS HERE HERE LESS THAN 5 MIN SAID IT WAS MY CONTROLER TOOK SOME NUMBERS AND HAD TO ORDER PART. GONE. BACK IN 2 DAYS AND INSTALLED IT AND WAS GONE IN LESS THAN 5 MIN. FAST. IF I HAVE A PROBLEM AGAIN I WILL CALL HIM. NICE JOB MIKE

Mike was great! He quickly responded to my refrigeration needs even during the pandemic crisis! Food storage is essential! He was kind, quick, friendly, communicative and educated me on the equipment. He provided solid advisement even recommended when NOT to put money in the repair. I will call again with any appliance repair needs and I highly recommend!

Mike is the nicest, most honest service person I have encountered in a long time. An added bonus is he is able (a little added pun) to determine what is wrong...how to fix it....or is it worth fixing. I would not hesitate to contact him again. I would highly question any bad reviews anyone puts out here.

Assessment was made and recommendations were given for our extra refrigerator/freezer kept in the garage regarding cleaning the coils and temperature of the garage. The freezer was not sensing properly due to the cold temperature of the air in the garage. We have been monitoring the freezer temp for a week now and it has been at zero. Spring/summer temperatures should help but we will be mindful of this next winter. Mike was very helpful.

Mike was very good and came out when I had a problem with the timer on my washing machine. The charge for the trip was $80 when Home Advisors said it would be $60. The total charge was $314 for approximately an hours work which I thought was a little high but the washer is fixed now and I am happy about that.

Called for service on my dryer on Sunday night and received a call Monday morning that they could be to my house in the early morning. They showed up on time and fixed my dryer by putting a new belt on the drum and explained each step to me about the repair. They finished the job in a great time and were very friendly and checked everything before leaving. Also guaranteed the work they did.

Mike was very nice. Told me in advance that it sounded like I needed a new washer, so I could cancel the appt if I wished. I said come anyway, and it was as he expected. So, he didn't actually fix anything, but was very up front and honest about the problem. He also called to let me know when to expect him. Nice guy. And I'm getting a new washer!

The freezer door didn't stay shut. The repairman's answer was to raise the front of the fridge 3 inches difference from the. Ack of the fridge! I couldn't open the fridge door all the way then bc it bumped into the counter & I couldn't open the dishwasher bc the fridge was now a touch in front of the dishwasher.
