The Tile Shop

This was the first time we had gone into The Tile Shop in Ypsilanti and I am shocked there aren't more reviews on Angie's List for it!  The outside is deceiving as the interior is huge!  There was a good number of staff available to help everyone, and they were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us good information and were not pushy or condescending.  The showroom is not only huge but really well organized and is a beautiful showroom!  The entire outside edge of the shop is filled with gorgeous bathroom showrooms, large enough and detailed enough to picture them as your bathrooms!  They also had some kitchen showrooms and the floor had various panels of tiled sections showing off multiple designs.  The rows had hundreds of tile displayed well and everything was very organized and well labeled.  The samples were set into frames with grout and were large enough that you got the idea of what it would look like on your wall or floor.
We talked to an employee about what we were thinking and he showed us some great options and said that they usually get whatever flooring we pick in about a week which is a great timeline.  
We were very impressed with The Tile Shop and although I have not have any services done yet, if it is as organized, friendly, and well run as the showroom was, I think they would do great.

Although I selected the tile, they worked with my installer around the delivery date. They have a beautiful showroom and knowledgeable sales people.

It's been a good experience! They showed us different colors, and told us what we need and don't need.
