Dr. Noel is very nice. She recommends services but doesn't make you feel like you are a bad owner if you choose not to have them done. The staff are very friendly as well. I have never had an issue with anyone and you can even request appointments through email.
Despite the odd location (the office is located in a strange little strip mall), the atmosphere is wonderful and my dog always seems comfortable. I would recommend South Arbor Animal Hospital to all.
