I've been frustrated with Fischer Honda. A number of times they've said things in terms of estimates that were totally inaccurate. For example they said I needed new brakes and they said it was going to cost a huge amount of money. That made me feel that Fischer Honda was not very honest. I didn't need brakes. I was frustrated by the fact that they'd given me this estimate over over a hundred dollars, two hundred dollars a brake, and it was way out of line and didn't seem like it was reasonable and I went elsewhere and was told I didn't need the brakes, so I thought they were going to cheat me.

My car sustained damage to the hood and fender when a part of my garage ceiling collapsed. I took it to a body shop recommended by my insurance company for repairs. They checked the engine and found no damage prior to the doing the body work. The job took over a week, during which time they left the vehicle outside the shop for extended periods with the hood removed. There was significant rainfall at that time.
When I got the car back, the engine light came on as soon as I drove off the lot. The engine was misfiring as well. I called the insurance company, who sent me for a second opinion. I brought it to Fischer Honda to determine the cause of the engine problems and whether the body shop was at fault. The service rep. called me the next day to say the reason for the problem was the worn condition of all four spark plug wires, which allowed the water to get into the wells and short out all 4 spark plugs. He told my insurance company that the body shop was not at fault, that the damage was caused by the worn spark plug wires, and I would be responsible for the repairs! He also tried to sell me 4 new tires and wheel alignment! Total cost of the repairs: $279.00!!!
Needless to say, I will never take my car for service there again.

You cannot ask for a better service department than Fischer Honda. From the time you call on the phone to the time you walk out after paying the bill, you are treated royally! I recently had regular service for my Pilot and the appointment was prompt, the staff friendly and Sean amazing. When I picked up my car it has been washed and he didn't think they got the bugs all off the windshield so he gave me another coupon for another car wash! He is one of the best service people I have worked with ever.

I had a very good experience. I recently moved to the area from out of state and was not familiar with dealer reputations. Their service staff is friendly and I get the feeling that they demonstrate integrity. They are very reasonably priced compared to other dealers. I am not really mechanical so once I find an auto service provider that shows integrity, explains my problem clearly in layman's terms, gives a reasonable estimate, and then does the job right the first time I will continue to go to that provider. Fischer definitely meets this criteria and I highly recommend them. I drive significantly farther to go to this particular dealer.

Overall, the experience is great. They go above and beyond; they find coupons for me and are honest with the service. The mechanics only fix things that really need to be fixed and there are no unnecessary repairs. I've been going to this auto shop for at least 8 years. I'm very satisfied with their services.
