Very well. Responded immediately to phone calls, was in constant contact with me the day of the appointment to coordinate the visit. Both were very professional. This is the second time I've hired ClimateTech and will continue to do so - reasonable prices and great, prompt service. I will have them back in the spring/summer to service my A/C.

Very well. They were efficient. When they cleaned my A/C, they told me they would be there in the morning. When I did not answer my cell phone immediately (I did not get to it on time before it went to voice mail) they scheduled another job before mine. They ended up being late then. It meant I sat home all morning waiting for them and they did not come until the afternoon.

Climate Tech is a really great company. They have always come out to fix any and all of my HVAC problems. Their always on time and they really make it their business to educate me on what the problem was and how they fixed it.

Jeff was courteous on the phone when I made the appointment and he called before he came out. He came the same day I called, and even came a second time when I wasn't home the first time he came by even though it ended up being 8:30 pm. He knew right away what the problem was, and was done in no time. He had the part on hand. He even gave me some pointers about the furnace and what kind of thermostat to get when we need to replace ours.

Good. Calls were returned promptly and work was completed within a week of initial contact.

I THINK THAT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS VERY WELL. THEY DO IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD FOR THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
