Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We discovered our sewer line had backed up into our basement the evening before leaving for a long weekend. We called Roto-Rooter and received a call back from the on-call tech. He came out right away (at 9pm no less) and fixed the problem. It was great to have the situation taken care of right away, so we could be worry free on vacation. Will use them again.

The plumber got there when I needed (same day I called). He took a couple of hours trying to figure out a problem, had to leave and come back to get a tool he didn't have. In the end, we ended up purchasing a faucet and replacing it ourselves.

I feel they were just trying to sell me everything. All I needed was a flapper on my toilet and I took care of it myself. I let them go before they actually did any work for me and they still charged me $83.00.

I have been using Angie's list with great results for years(originally from Kansas City). We just bought a house in Ada and the toilet was running. I didn't have my internet so I relied on the yellow pages. Chris, the service technician, advised that the toilet was bad and I had to buy one from their company. Also he stated he could not install the shower head I bought, as it was the wrong type. He told me what I needed to buy. I decided to wait on changing out the fixtures and was told that he would charge me $75.00 just for showing up (he was there for less than 10 minutes). Or, I could buy the right shower head and he would only charge me $125 to install it next week. Needless to say, I received an invoice from Roto-Rooter for $83 ($75 for the ten minute service call and $8.00 for "fuel").

THE SERVICE PROVIDED WAS PRETTY GOOD. I FELT THAT THEY CAME IN AND DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. I REALLY HAD NO COMPLAINTS WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED.

THEY CAME OUT TO FIX CLOG, AND FOUND TREE ROOTS IN MY PIPES. SO THEY GOT THE RIGHT TOOLS TO GET THEM OUT. SO THEY HAD ME UP, AND RUNNING IN NO TIME AT ALL.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE VERY QUICK ON GETTING THE JOB DONE. THEY WERE UP FRONT WITH COSTS AND IT DID NOT SEEM TO BE SOMETHING THAT THEY WEREN'T FAMILIAR WITH.

THEY ARE WELL EXPERIENCED, THEY GOT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY, THEY DIDN'T MAKE A MESS. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS IN AN INTELLIGENT MANNER.

I'M IMPRESSED WITH ROTO ROOTER AND THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY. IT WAS FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND WHEN THE PIPE GOT A HOLE IN IT. ROTO ROOTER WAS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WOULD COME OUT. THEY FIXED THE PIPE AND THERE HASN'T BEEN ANY PROBLEMS SINCE.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR FIFTEEN YEARS, AND STAND BY THEM. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, HONEST, CARING, AND STRAIGHT FORWARD PEOPLE. THEY HAVE VERY REASONABLE PRICES.

THIS COMPANY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY WERE FAST AND DID EVERYTHING IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GREAT.
