Stove could be fixed but would cost as much as a new one so we did not have it fixed. Repair person was very knowledgeable and hepful

The repair man was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was clean and concerned about my house to make sure he left the way he came. In regards to the service, he know the product and talked through options to make sure I was comfortable making the financially sound decision.

I am kinda confused about these ratings. Seemingly the problem was with electric panel and has nothing wrong with Appliance. Rich showed up on time and appeared to be knowledgeable about appliance but it seems, fixing the electric wires was out of his scope of work. I had to pay the fees just to know that outlet does not have electric current! Rich gave me discount though.

They responded immediately and I was in a jam. Rich actually recommended a few things a could do over the phone and they worked!!!! I was locked into a 90 warranty with Sears repair which couldn't come out until a week from now. Which by the way Sears never fixed the problem. Rich was so nice and helpful I will not hesitate to call in the future.

They where here when they said they would be,. They fixed my refrigerator with in 20 minutes and the price they charged was very fair. Great results great company.
