It was really good. Rich spoke on a Saturday later evening and then came and fixed our dryer on Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledgeable about electrical circuits and all. Very nice guy and soft spoken. Looked very enthusiastic and passion for doing quality work. I strongly recommend Rich to fix Washer or Dryer repair jobs. He did forego $40 weekend charge which was good.

Rich was quick to respond, professional, more than willing to work on a Saturday and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and was at my house the next day for the repair, which was quick and effortless for me. Great price for what he provided. Would highly recommend.
