They responded via email (my best contact) and came out right away. The job was performed within a couple of days. I was not home when they came but the neighbor informed me that they came about 9: 00 a.m. and left at 11:30 a.m. for 5 trees plus one small tree. They also cleaned up the yard. Other than the footprints in the snow you would have not known that anyone trimmed the trees at all (other than the obvious missing branches).

Great! It was a difficult removal because of power lines and limited access. Guys did a great job.

Arrived on time and completed all work. Minor damage to the lawn from when the tree fell, but this was unavoidable and not unexpected. Overall excellent work!

They did what we wanted them to do but they came on a day I was leaving. They drove the truck on the grass and one of the guys told that it should not go because it put too many tire marks on the grass. It was a rainy day and they should not have driven the truck on the grass. I was not happy about that. The owner was friendly and a nice guy. The price was good. I will use their service in the future.
