My mom's van had a flat tire. We called Nate and told him what was going on, he gave us an estimate on the price. He told her she could bring it in that day. His shop is about a half a mile down the road from where we live. Mom aired up her tire just enough to get it to the shop (she had a can of fix-a-flat), but it didnt work- she ended up having to pull over into the Shell station parking lot. She called Nate and without missing a beat he showed up at the Shell with his portable electric air compressor and aired her up. Mind you, it was raining outside and pretty cold. We are in Michigan, after all! He followed mom the rest of the way to his shop and had her pull the van in so he could get to work on it right away. Nate had it fixed within an hour!! He was so awesome, we thought this would be one way to thank him!
