Dino was great. He was actually earlier than the time window he gave me, but he called me and let me know. He even fixed some of the connections to the disposal at no extra charge. Definitely will use this company again.

Dino arrived EARLY for the 9:00 appointment to install a new kitchen faucet and to replace an outdoor spigot. He gave me a satisfactory estimate before the work began. He did an excellent job installing both items in a timely manner. Dino also provided free advice on a couple of other issues. He cleaned up nicely after the jobs were completed. Dino is polite and professional and I will definitely use his services in the future.

Overall Great! Dino (Owner) called me back same day (Sunday night mind you) .. came out the very next day to checkout leaky 14 yr old water heater. Dino was able to come out the very next day & replace it. He was on time, very professional & work site was left spotless. This was our 2nd time using Countywide Plumbing (previously used for kitchen faucet issue). His price was VERY reasonable & quality of work is top notch. On a side note, I was very particular with which water heater I didn't want to use & he was more than willing to call around to see if the unit I wanted was in stock & available. Didn't try to push me on a unit he typically installs. Overall, fantastic. Highly recommend !!

I was calling for my parents who were having a problem with the toilet backing up. Dino promptly returned my call, took down all the information and said he would call me back with a time when he could go to their house. My phone coverage where I work is very spotty, so we were playing phone tag for a while. He called my elderly parents, got the appointment scheduled for the next day and then called me again to keep me in the loop. That return call was greatly appreciated, especially dealing with elderly parents and trying to handle things for them while I'm working. He arrived the next day in the time frame given and snaked the toilet, problem solved! Thank you Dino, the quick response is greatly appreciated.

Dino showed up on a holiday weekend and repaired a leaky valve. We had a great experience with Dino and would not hesitate to use him again. He will be our plumber for life! Very friendly, courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend him to all of our neighbors and friends!

Called several plumbers this morning in the hopes that someone would be able to come out on a Monday and diagnose our broken water heater. Dino was the only one that answered the phone right away and gave me a 12:00 - 12:30 estimate. I got a little antsy around 12:10 and called him. Turns out he was on his way! He dug into the heater, diagnosed the problem fairly quickly, got it fixed in a jiffy and was on his way. I'm glad it was something small and didn't require a new water heater! Dino was great - friendly, courteous and prompt. Even my dog liked him.

Dino repaired my hot water heater when the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. We had a brief phone conversation about what had happened and what I had already tried. He was able to fit me in the schedule for that morning. Upon arrival he diagnosed the gas valve as being bad and had it replaced within 45 minutes. Time and money well spent.

.I had service performed in November and was happy. I had pipes separate from the wall and had water flooding everywhere. I called him and asked for help with how to turn the water off and stated it was an emergency since I didn't know how to turn off the water. I was not blaming him for poor work or anything since this could happen with the extreme cold we have been having. What I am upset about is that it has been 2 weeks and I have not received a phone call back. And during that 2 weeks it has made me start thinking, is he not calling back because he didn't really winterize the pipes for the sink.

Replace the house filter, replaced the hot water pipe to washing machine, replaced the fittings on the tub.

Everything went very well. I would definitely welcome Dino back to my home for future plumbing needs. I may need a new water heater in the near future. I certainly know who to call. Thank you again Dino for being there for me and answering my questions regarding my plumbing/HVAC needs.

A little mix up on time and location but the job went well start to finish. To bad I didn't live in the Grand Rapids,Mi. area as a deal came up on your website for the same job for about $400 cheaper.
