Description of Work: I called this plumber in the morning and left a VM requesting a quote to move a shower head in our bathroom, and to reroute a gas line in our kitchen. The plumber did not call me back until after 5 PM. He apologized but explained that he was working on a commercial project that was taking up all his time and could not accept any more work.

Description of Work: Had a new dryer from Lowes delievered. They were supposed to remove the old dryer, and install the new one. When they arrived, they informed my husband that they couldn't do the hook up, as the copper connection wasn't up to code. |This wasn't true. Had to call a plumber to so I called Countryside (I had used them previously). Dino and his assistant arrived almost within an hour after I called, hauled the old dryer out to the garage, brought the new one in and installed it. I was very appreciative that they were able to respond so quickly. We had been without a dyer for about a week, and I had just arrived home a few days prior after having knee surgery. They saved us a further headache. I would most definitely call on them again.

He didn't even need a tool, he did a manual adjustment. He didn't charge me and refused my offer to at least pay for his service call. Unbelievable! Highly recommended.

Dino did an excellent job with our requested dishwasher install. He went above and beyond by making sure that the final look of the installation of an old dishwasher not only was functional but looked complete and nice. He provided the missing parts that were needed and replaced parts to ensure that the installation had the best components for longer life. I would use him again.

Dino was great! Very personable, right on time...even Bailey my dog liked him :-) He was very upfront and honest and I appreciated that and never felt like I had to worry if he was overcharging. I would highly recommend Dino!
Description of Work: Inspected under sink leak...gave me a hint prior to his coming out and it was right so I bought a garbage disposal for him to install. He also noticed a pipe with a broken washer and also put a new one for no additional charge.

It couldn't have gone better. Dino went well out of his way to help me out. His work was meticulous and quick, he was extremely professional and the price was very reasonable. Dino responded to my email quickly, even though my problem was late in the evening. He called and scheduled an appointment the very next day - and he arrived on time! He was friendly but professional, and went above my expectations with the quality of work. I would most definitely call Dino again, and I will recommend him for any plumbing problems my friends and family may encounter. Thank you Angie's List for your help finding a great plumber!!!!!
Description of Work: Dino repaired the broken pipe for the tub faucet - replaced the faucet - and sealed the new faucet at the wall. In addition, and not on the service call, he was nice enough to fix the parts in the tank of the toilet and 'snake' the toilet - all because I mentioned that the water flow was very slow. This service was not on his list, but he was very nice to take the time to correct this second matter!

It was all done perfectly, one of the faucets needed to be put on an antique dresser/ turned vanity. I was hoping he could make it work and he did. Mr. Tori (Dino) told me even though my sump pump looked old, it was working very well, and demonstrated how it worked to me. I learned a lot and he was very knowledgeable. I was happily surprised at how clean and tidy he was, he picked up everything and left my bathroom and kitchen just as he found them. I was very happy with Countryside plumbing. I will call on Mr. Tori again.
Description of Work: He installed 2 faucets and a garbage disposal. Also checked my sump pump because I wondered if it was in good working condition. I recently bought the home and it looked very old.
