I talked to them at noon July 17. I hired them because they said the would come later that day. So I canceled several other companys' scheduled estimates because I needed the tree removed right away. But they didn't arrive that day or that night. I contacted them at midnight to ask what happened. William texted me at 8:57am the next day to say he was "in route". After 45 minutes he and his partner had cut the tree into pieces and placed it on their large flatbed. During the 45 minutes they dropped their heavy equipment in my neighbor's yard. After the 45 minutes, they backed up their flatbed to a spot on the street right in front of my house. They detached their trailer from their truck and drove away by 10:30AM leaving my stump in the ground, and their truck (with my tree) and equipment. They didn't tell me where they were going. I kept thinking they would return after a few minutes? But by 3:05pm, there was no news from them and their truck/equipment and my stump were still there. So I texted "what is happening?" Within five minutes, one of the two "Big Guys" was back. He attached the trailer and drove away. But my stump was STILL there. ???? I was given no explanation. It took a few more days for them to finally return and finish their job. The disaster of a pile of woodchips that they left behind was horrendous. An 8-inch diameter tree was removed. Their pile of rubbish (which included chunks of mystery cement from who-knows-where) was approximately 20-foot diameter. I spent an hour raking/"cleaning" their mess. They also left behind tracks in my grass yard easement between the sidewalk and the road that damaged the grass and lawn. When I called and talked to "Cindy", she said she would drive by to take photos of my claims. Then she called me to say that the pile left behind looked "beautiful". I told her that's because I spent an hour making it look that way. I sent her photos. She sent me hers. She denied they'd done anything wrong. I paid them in full because I said I would. But I also have the right to tell/write/post, to whomever will research reviews: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY EVER! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! I wanted the job done asap which is why I hired them. It took them nearly a week to do the job they said they would have completed by the end of the day that I called them. I WISH WISH WISH I had trusted the bad reviews I had read online and gone with a different company that probably would have done a better job.

Not very well.  While cutting down the large tree, they cut high branches on an adjacent Maple tree.  In one case, they did so because they needed room to maneuver, but in the other case, it was probably an error.  Regarding the latter damage:  several small branches at the top of the tree were partly torn off and were left hanging.  I didn't see that before they left. but did remark on the branch they had to remove.  I was told the tree would recover.

They consulted with me about removing the very large tree trunk. No access for their machinery, so they were to cut the trunk into six foot pieces and roll away a bit.  I saw them cut one six foot piece.  When I looked after they left, there was only that one piece cut, and noting was rolled anywhere.   Perhaps if they had cut the trunk down in pieces, they wouldn't have had difficulty.

They did not cover up the holes where they had removed the four bushes.  More importantly, they did not grind the stumps of the two bushes closest to my driveway, as Eric had said he would.  When I pointed this out to one of the workers, he said he didn't have the work order with him that Eric had worked up, but that they would do everything specified in the work order "later".

I attempted to contact Eric that afternoon ---- left him a message to call me about what needed to be done.  Called again three days later, but his mailbox was full.  Did get through early today and left a message.

Also tried to get to their website, but it was not in service.

They arrived at my house as promised and were able to take the tree down within one hour. it was diificult becasue the tree had fallen in the water. The only slight problem i had was they did not cut it up in small enough logs, but they quickly fixed that by coming right back. they did a very good job and the price was right
