We are selling our home and needed to get it show ready. The two young ladies came right in and got to work. They stayed 5 hours and did an outstanding job. Just the cleaning of the stove top, oven and microwave was worth it. Thank You.

The ladies do a good job, but they missed areas when mopping the hardwood floors and some mold on the caulking in the bathroom shower.

Overall, the cleanings go well. The first two ladies definitely didn't deep-clean my home. After their second visit, I called the office and spoke with Kim. She sent two more-experienced ladies for the next visit and informed me that if I was still unhappy, she wouldn't charge me. The same two ladies have been cleaning for a while now and really do a good job, but last visit (6/9/14) was hurried and my home wasn't as thoroughly cleaned. I'm confident the ladies will correct that during their next visit on 6/23/14.

I called MaidPro on Friday and was pleasantly surprised when Vicky stated they could accommodate me so quickly. Kelsey and Nicole came into my home for the first time today. They were punctual, dressed appropriately, and professional. A few minor details were overlooked, but they're returning next week and can correct the deficiencies then. The prices are competitive.

Staff is punctual, professional, friendly to pets. Staff cleaned up after my cat - hairball & left me a note to make my cat was not ill wonderful!
