Description of Work: He was supposed to dead-end my crimson king in my yard. I had thought it was too soon when he came out since it wasn't in full bloom yet. He assured me that he knew what he was doing. I called back recently and told his mother who helps him out to come back out to re-trim. I am waiting for him to come back. They haven't trimmed the oak trees yet and one of the workers refused to climb on a ladder and trim a large branch that was higher up because he said it was not dead. He did a great job on trimming our magnolia and spruce trees though and is currently training new crews so I am waiting on them to come back out to resolve the issue to follow up on my experience. I give them a B- or C+ on my experience so far.

Description of Work: "Company was recommended to me. I went by to check the results of that job. I was satisfied and hire them to cut down my tree. They Cut down large tree in my back yard. Tree was dying and shed something awful. Stayed on the job until finished. Clean-up was great. |"
