Snow Removal
The company has failed to provide regular and timely plowing services after snowfalls. There is a resident in a wheelchair and the services were purchased to provide mobility access. The lack of services has significantly impeded this mobility. Also, the company does not answer the phone or clear the voicemail box to avoid contact with customers. It is very unfortunate that the company has not fulfilled the services purchased.
