Mr. Bowen is one of very few few clock repairmen left in western Michigan, and so he travels extensively and has a busy schedule, which means a delay in service and appointments sometimes. His work is well worth the wait, though.

I found them to be excellent. They showed up, had a good price and did what he was supposed to. He gave me some good advice and he was about half the price of the other people in town. He knew exactly what to do and was very professional. He is really commited to customer service and he's willing to sit and talk to you to give you tips about how to get the best use out of your expensive clock.
