I am very pleased with the evaluation. I still haven't decided if I am going to buy this house, but at least I know that it needs a new roof! If I DO buy the house, I would feel confident in hiring Mr. Ross's company to do this work.
Description of Work: I am a prospective homebuyer and needed a REALLY quick professional evaluation of a roof on a home that I am looking to purchase. Mr. Ross came the same afternoon that I called and did a thorough go-over of this roof and took the time to explain to me all of the issues with this home's roof. I felt it was a good buy for the $75 I paid to make sure this is worth the price I would be paying for this home.
