HE CAME ON THE DAY HE STATED. HE COMPLETED THE JOB AND EXPLAINED HOW EVERYTHING WORKED.  HE CLEANED UP AND HAULED OLD FURANCE AND OLD A/C AWAY.  FEEL SAFE WITH NEW FUNACE BECAUSE HEAT EXCHANGER WAS CRACKED IN THE OLD ONE AND THIS ONE SHOULD ALSO SAVE US SOME MONEY ON OUR GAS BILL.

Told us what would happen, what we needed to do for his access, he was on time and cleaned up afterward and made sure everything was registered for warranty work. Just what we wanted.

Moved into home  that has two air units and condensers one for upstairs and one for down.  Unfortunately they were removed before moving in.  Called several different companies for estimates with a wait from 1- 5 days for estimate.  Prices ranged from $7,000.00 - 5,000.00 with a 2-7 day wait for installation.  Called Marty Brown and he came out the same day.  He was very kind and explained what I needed and didn't need. He replaced the first unit the very next day and the second two days later.  Received one 3 ton 13 seer unit  and one 2 1/2 ton 13 seer Carrier units and condensers which is the size and make that was originally in the house.  New platforms for the units to sit on outside and copper tubing blowout to make sure there is no debris in tubing, new whips, evaporators and repalced pads for $3550.00. He has a one year warranty on his work and ten year on air units.   Very pleased.  Air works great.  Keeping cool! 

I work for a property management company and one of our home owner's tenants called with a concern about the air conditioner in the home. Sure enough, it needed to be replaced. I called several different a/c companies and received multiple estimates. The home required a 2.5 ton a/c. I received quotes as high as $2600---ridiculous. Needless to say, Brown Mechanical was the best price I found. Marty, the owner, was great. He met me at the property the next day, gave me an estimate and was there the next morning, ahead of schedule, and got the work done promptly. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves well and he gave me all the warranty and documentation for the a/c unit. I would definitely recommend him and we will use him again when the need arises. Thank you Marty.

Marty was great. he showed up on-time, on short notice, was easy to talk to and spoke in clear language that made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. He got our furnace up and running again in less than an hour on a cold day. He inspected the entire system, in and out of the house. Professional, courteous, honest - a pleasure to work with.

Marty came out as promised to check out our old furnace. He was prompt and arrived at the agreed upon time. He was professional and took the time to explain all our options. I would highly recommend him. He is honest and does quality work. He was also very respectful of our home and property. He worked efficiently and cleaned up when he finished.
