BENSON HEATING & COOLING INC

All of my dealings are the same. I call the office and set up an appointment. When the furnace is out on a cold day they come right away, they have always had the right part in the truck and have had me up and running very quickly. I continue to be happy with the service, the professional knowledge and believe I am charged a fair price. When I had the A/C unit moved they arrived and completed the work promptly on the arranged day and time. They cleaned the area up so well I hardly could tell they were there! I will continue to use Benson's for my heating and cooling needs.

We've had them out a couple of times. The price was reasonable. We decided to go with a different company to replace our furnace because they seemed to have more people available for service. Benson had the lowest price but the other company actually met their price.

I was excited about the way he came into my home and acted! He did exceptional work, was very conscious of keeping the interior of my home looking great, and I would definitely have him come to do more work in the future.
