 + -1 moreAll of my dealings are the same. I call the office and set up an appointment. When the furnace is out on a cold day they come right away, they have always had the right part in the truck and have had me up and running very quickly. I continue to be happy with the service, the professional knowledge and believe I am charged a fair price. When I had the A/C unit moved they arrived and completed the work promptly on the arranged day and time. They cleaned the area up so well I hardly could tell they were there! I will continue to use Benson's for my heating and cooling needs.
Description of Work: Benson's installed my furnace and A/C when my house was built in 1991. I continue to use Benson's for service (i.e. when the furnace did not kick on in February 2013) and I had them move my A/C unit in late 2012 to accommodate new venting for gas fireplace I had installed.

 + -1 moreWe've had them out a couple of times. The price was reasonable. We decided to go with a different company to replace our furnace because they seemed to have more people available for service. Benson had the lowest price but the other company actually met their price.
Description of Work: We used Benson Heating & Cooling to do some minor maintenance on the heating. It was a seasonable checkup. They also gave us an estimate on a new furnace.

 + -1 moreI was excited about the way he came into my home and acted! He did exceptional work, was very conscious of keeping the interior of my home looking great, and I would definitely have him come to do more work in the future.
Description of Work: He came out to repair my kitchen sink and some bathroom plumbing. He connected my wash tub up too.
