I ordered 60 yards of top soil and they delivered 54 yards.  The difference was approx. $100 in top soil I was shorted.  How do I know this?  When the truckers dropped off the 2-30yd loads even they said one load was larger than the other.  I then took pictures to prove my point.  My front end loader bucket holds 1.25 yards.  We picked up 43 total buckets full x 1.25 yds. = 53.75 then there was none left.  I called mid way from loading and spreading the top soil and Steve told me to finish the job and whatever is shorted "he will take care of it."  When finished I told him I need to buy some extra grass seed which costs approx. $100.  I asked him if he could give me the grass seed to make up the difference in soil I was shorted.  He now said he would have to check with the owner.  The owner told him that there is nothing he can do since their employee claimed he loaded the right amount of top soil.  Therefore, the owner was putting his employee's word over the customer when I have proof I was shorted.  I wasn't asking for much but rather just wanted some level of customer service to make me happy and they refused to make me happy.  Therefore... here is their review and I will never do business with them again and would recommend for you to do the same.  Why?   If something would go wrong (and often times something always goes wrong), you want the assurance that the business will "make it right" and Landscape Direct didn't make it right.

called a week ago to have them do a quote, the guy said only Myron can do that took my name and number. A week went by and no phone call. Called Monday 4/21 spoke to a lady who said Myron is very busy. And I said does that mean you do or do not want more business.....she said he would call Monday night. Its Wednesday no Mryon. This place it too busy too handle business don't call them

We deal with them constantly and they are great people.

I pay by the year and I get a 10% discount, so it is well worth it to me. They are wonderful. They take great care to make sure your property looks beautiful.
