This is a first class company. They provided a qulaity product and the installation exceeded our expectation. Even the owner came out to oversee the installation.

Demolition went extremely well on the hottest day of the summer. Clean up was great! Plumbing and electrical went smoothly as well as dry wall repair. The installment of the tile was very creative and accurate. Beautiful job! Heated floor installment seemed easy! Excited about the thermostat! Good contact with the office and supervisor! All of the workers were efficient, friendly, and very skilled. Care was taken to keep dust at a minimum and keep carpets and rugs in tip top shape.

I was blown away that the owner came to assist and to make sure that we were totally satisfied with our purchase. I will be honest, Borchert provides a quality product at a fair price with excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Borchert Building designed and renovated 2 bathrooms for us. The results are beautiful. The work was done very quickly, in 10 days. Design input was very valuable.Great ideas and perfect installation I will call on Borchert again.

It went well and was on schedule. They came when they were suppose to, the work was done well, and they were prompt. Their foreman was especially helpful and considerate of our concerns and accomodated us.

They had a great follow up time and were quick to respond to my issue. They were able to fix the problem. Consulted with Bill Borchert to discuss our kitchen remodel project. Bill came to our house to take measurement and take many photographs. After some design considerations we selected the products that we desired to use in our kitchen. A very detailed price estimate was provided with a sample timeline on how the project would move forward. We signed the contract with Borchert Building. Prior to actual construction, their supervisor met with us to answer any additional questions and delivered the timeline for our project.
Project started on time and moved forward as detailed out in the timeline. Only one instance of delay occurred when a sub-contractor was unavailable as originally scheduled. This was okay with us, since it provided us with a short break from the comings and goings of all the sub-contractors. We were satisfied that all the sub-contractors treated us and our home with respect.
Borchert Building completed the job on-time and under budget. We will gladly do business with Bill and Denise Borchert again.

It went very well. They established a schedule, and stuck to it with minor exceptions. They took care to put down covering to protect carpet and stairways, and to keep dust at a minimum. They have a great site foreman, Jim Orlando, who does a very good job coordinating the contractors and keeping customers informed. The contractors they used were very good and professional. We were very pleased with the completed project. After the job was complete, we experienced one minor problem. They were very quick to repond, got the repair done and left the site clean.

We were also given a calender that listed day by day what to expect, who was coming that day, for which project and how long it should take. They were right on time every day and the tasks were completed right on time or earlier that anticipated.
The owner was there each morning to check in and look over the completed work. All the workers were great. Very patient with my Golden Retriever who want to help. Every night the workers cleaned up before they left.
The end result was a wonderful new kitchen with a minimal amount of stress, dirt and dust.

Very good experience. Reputable company with good communication throughout. Worked with us on design and within budget. Calendar provided at start of job and stayed on target throughout. Would do business with them again. Highly recommend.
