Rob contacted me right away he gave a preliminary estimate and came out to our to give me a formal estimate. He took the blinds that day. He did a fabulous job cleaning the blinds and also did repairs on some of my blinds at no extra cost. Highly recommend

The owner came out to our house, was very nice and polite. He carefully took our expensive valances off the window and took them away. One week later he returned with them in tack and re hung them up carefully. The valances were from Nitza's and were very expensive. The owner was very careful while rehanging them. All pleats were perfect. I would definitely recommend this company . They are careful, reliable, and do good work.

Rob was very efficient and stayed on schedule. My drapes came back like new.

I've used Rainbow once before, and was as pleased this time as last. Rob called me back promptly, arranging to pick up all the draperies, covered cornices, and shades within a couple of days. These were returned and rehung a week later. They are beautifully done, service is professional, items look lovely. I will call them next time work is needed. I don't think there is a better service available in the metro Detroit area.
