The owner of the business, Rob, did the work. He is a true professional and I would not hesitate to give his card to anyone. He was also helpful in placing the drapes and verified that everything worked the way it should.

I have used this company before no will use them again. Always on time; does perfect work, and the price is right. He even realigned my drapery rod, without my asking . I have delicate English curtains, and they were done perfectly. This is the best!!!

Rob was a true professional. After looking online, Rob called me the next day to discuss my job. I wanted to check other services and immediately found out what a great value Rainbow offered. Rob just delivered my incredibly clean mini blinds and I couldn't be happier. He was on time for both the pickup and delivery. I will definitely use Rainbow again and give them an outstanding five star rating.

I’m disabled Neck spine injury. Could not put up my curtains. Usually I wash my sheets myself delicate. There exspensive made to last.. quote from the phone cheap! 89.00 Then upon arrival jumped to 240.00 my window bay is 8ft he charged by Valance and footage? Of course a Valance covers top goes around but my windows not 10 ft... anyway there clean and up.. but my trim was faded and will need to be replaced it was rose on white and it’s very dull now. These are 1500 silky sheets with beautiful embroidery lace... nut 200.00? Never again.. Drapeland charges by pleate washes at your house same day and steams. Nice man.. but I’m guessing that he’s just starting out. Took 4 Days to have them back

My sheers and drapes are old and I worried if they would hold up to cleaning. Rob took extra time explaining that some seams had to be re-sewn in the sheers after the cleaning which caused one seam to gather a little. He didn't like how the sheer looked, so he made sure, before he left, that the seams closed just right. I was impressed with his concern over the fall of the cloth and very pleased with the drapes and sheers. They look new again!

Great Company! Rob was very patient while restoration in my home was being completed. He said that "he loves cleaning drapes". Well, it truly shows in his work. My drapes had to be clean very carefully where other companies said that they could not clean them in fear of damaging them. Rainbow did a fantastic job!😃
