Wow, where to start. I have used this company for many years and have recommended multiple people ( I was in a retail business years ago and recommended all my customers to this company) and have had solid service. This time, something BROKE. On 7/29/22 I provided them an approx. size of a window, received a quote and immediately gave them the deposit they asked for. No price negotiation. Just DO IT. This was a recently acquired property and I had an obligation to get this window replaced for the new tenant. No worries, it will be installed no later than 9-29-22. That’s when the troubles started. They had to come out and measure the window, however the property was vacant and less than 15 minutes from their store so I thought by giving them the lock box code they could do it anytime that fit any schedule they wanted. The days turned into weeks and still no measure. I called multiple times , multiple excuses , promises, etc but I was always assured they would make the promised installation date. Well, it’s November and STILL NO MEASURE!! I finally gave up and within 48 hours had a new company out there for an estimate and a measure! By the way, the measure took less than 60 seconds!!!! Once the guy was on site. However the story gets worse. When I called to cancel the order with Pleasantview I informed them that I would be posting about my negative experience. Within 30 minutes a very angry man named Bill Henderson, the owner, called and threatened me not to post anything negative about his company. Claimed I can only praise a company when good things happen but keep my mouth shut when a bad thing happens , really? He claimed that’s a life lesson I needed to learn! Well, he also said that despite the several homes of business I provided him, the hundreds of referrals over the years, etc if I dared to post anything negative about his company I could never use his window company again. That him and I can agree on!

It went extremely well!! This company is wonderful and I would definitely hire them again. They are courteous, got the job done quickly and cleaned up all the mess. I will be recommending them to family and friends. Their price was so much lower than other companies that came out and gave estimates!!

After calling around some of the well known replacement window companies that advertise on TV in the Detroit area and getting OUTRAGEOUS quotes I discovered Pleasantview Windows and I'm glad I did. I called in and explained my situation to Maria, she then put me in touch with Bill, the owner. Bill went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and personally came out, measured and quoted my windows. I was very impressed. My windows where installed a few weeks later. The windows are fantastic, the installation and the installation crew did a great job as well. They installed the windows and wrapped the new windows with aluminum. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if your considering new windows. I will be using them again soon.
