 + -1 moreMark does great work- and he does it quickly and at great prices. He seems to genuinely care about the work he does and about making sure his customers are happy. He's also- and I can't emphasize this enough- *excellent* about giving status updates so customers know what's going on at all times. He overhauled my ten-year-old laptop to better than new, keeping me informed every step of the way. I'm very, very pleased with the result. Excellent job!
