Everything went well, from the quote process through the install. I had several people quote the job, and Lakeshore was one of the lowest quotes. Through the quote process Eric provided detail information on the process, options and differences between materials. The installation went great. The team showed up and got right to work tearing off the old shingles and repairing some damaged boards. The crew was professional, and worked well together, everyone seemed to know their job/role and kept everything moving. Lakeshore had also repaired my parents roof at one point, and replaced the roof several years later once it needed a complete replacement. I liked the fact that the owner and previous owner were on site for my job, and that they typically have one of them at every job to ensure everyone goes well. Their team has also been with them for several years, and take pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Lakeshore to anyone needing roof work.
Description of Work: I need my roof replaced due to age and storm damage. I had them quote both the house and detached garage.

THEY WERE VERY HARD WORKERS. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME AND WORKED FROM DAWN TO DUSK. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW ROOF. THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AS WELL.
Description of Work: THEY PUT NEW SHINGLES ON THE ROOF OVER THE EXISTING ONES.
