They came out and they determined there was no work to be done. I was refunded by Angie’s List.

Everything was fine and I had no issues. The scheduling was fine.

It was fine. The deal was as advertized, and they did a good job. There was a little question about what the special said, and what they did. It was fireplace related though.

Not good, worker was good but not enough of them. It caused late problems.

They did a very nice job. My fireplace looked like new. I had some trouble with the pilot light and now it works really well. They were very prompt. I have had them out since then to replace a chimney cap. I will use them again.

Didn't end up using the deal, I just had a family member do the work for me. No reflection on the company.

I was at work. My wife was at home and she said they were fine. The work turned out perfectly.

Connor was exceptionally courteous and professional. He said my chimney was safe and listed some things I could have done in the future. He didn't even mind my cat *helping*!

I wanted a company which was fully insured (workers comp as well as liability) which was not easy to find in the gutter-cleaning world. Dr Sweep cheerfully furnished me with proof of both before performing services. I called them back in November but they stopped doing roofs that late in the season.

Besides Dr Sweep, we have also asked two other companies to come and inspect our chimney. All three groups gave different comments. One of them suggested rebuilding the chimney for 6 thousand dollars! We talked to some knowledgeable friends and decided to go with Dr Sweep. 
The group that did the tile insulation and crack fixing was great. They were also very professional and courteous. We are happy with the results and have been enjoying the fireplace without any problem this winter.

We purchased this fireplace clean-out and start-up from Dr Sweep as an Angie's Special.  The technicians were very nice and professional, as were the people that I spoke to in the office.  However, I learned there is a glitch in the system of Angie's List with these Specials, where Angie's List automatically renews these Specials, without the service provider company knowing about the renewal. Angie's List subscribers then sign up for the Special through Angie's system, but Dr Sweep had no easy way of knowing that a subscriber has signed-up for the Special; the result was that we waited for a couple of months and never heard from the Dr Sweep, because they were unaware that I purchased the Special.  I finally called Dr Sweep directly, rather than going through Angie's List and they immediately scheduled an appointment.  In the future, I would go to the service providing company directly, rather than scheduling it through Angie's List, because of this glitch.

It was fine. It took them a 1/2 hour to do the gutter cleaning, and they picked up everything that fell off of the gutters.

After purchasing the deal, the provider stated it was too cold for the work to be done. It took awhile to get the provider out. Once they were out, they brought the wrong equipment and were unable to do the work. The provider stated that they would not be able to do the work this season and are not performing gutter work anymore. This has caused me to request a refund for the Big Deal.

Technician Bill was excellent...courteous and professional.  The pilot light went out.  He got the fireplace working again.  Also, cleaned my fireplace glass (which he didn't have to do)...greatly appreciated. Thanks Bill for your assistance.
I scheduled a tune up for my fireplace and requested Bill as the technician.  I will definitely continue to utilize Dr. Sweep...thanks to all for delivering great customer service!!

Nathan was an excellent and courteous representative - the work was performed professionally and clean up was excellent.  In fact, a few months after the service, we had them return as we smelled gas from the Key Valve (which we promptly turned off, of course) - they returned for free to investigate and provide us with guidance.  EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!  Would recommend to anyone and would use again for all future related issues.

They showed up on time. They provided the service that was requested. Aside from the extra stuff that I purchased from them, they did a pretty good job of cleaning. I thought they did a really good job. They were very responsive. We had scheduled a time, I think they had to reschedule but they did show up at the time that they said they would be there. To clean my gutters, I would use them.
