Vacuum Cleaners
I brought a vacuum in for repairs. I dealt with Bryant. He was courteous, polite, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. I was provided a loaner vacuum because my labradors are shedding like mad! (The loaner vacuum was checked for operation and a new bag was installed, very clean.)
I was called the next day about the problems with my broken vacuum. Because the cost of repairs would have been greater, on a 7 year old machine, than purchasing a new one I chose to get a new machine. . Bryant was extremely patient, took a lot of time helping me chose a new vacuum ~ answering all of my questions and helped me get a new vacuum that would meet my needs. He even exchanged all of the bags I had from my broken machine for ones to fit the new one.
Overall a very good shopping experience and OUTSTANDING customer service. The location is very good and parking is available right at the door. I've dealt with Banks Vacuum for many years, various locations but because of Bryant and his professionalism this location is now my store.
