The staff was very thorough asking what areas they should focus on and planning out their approach before beginning. They asked my input and were very good and thorough, going over some dusty areas twice or more. Very good service and attention to detail.

I was so impressed by Maid Green! They had excellent communication and professionalism throughout. We brought them in for a 3 hour cleaning with 2 workers and they worked diligently through their time with us. The house was in a filthy condition after our renter moved out and, although there is still some work to do, I was impressed by the condition Maid Green brought the property to in a 3 hour window. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in the future.

They came out fairly quick after we purchased it. I think we purchased it knowing that it would be a couple of weeks after we got back from a vacation. So, they came out probably a month after, but they contacted us really quick afterwards. That was by our choice. Because it was the Big Deal, I think the price was fair. The quality was average. We did a Big Deal two years before with another company and they went above and beyond the call. So, that was kind of where we stood. They did a good job, but it was not a great job. I thought their responsiveness was good.

The service was fantastic and I would highly recommend Maid Green! I had purchased an Angie's List deal for $179 for 6 hours of cleaning. Two cleaners came for a total of 3 hours (6 hours total) and finished everything that we had been looking for to be cleaned, including detailed cleaning in the bathrooms, mirrors, counters, dusting, kitchen cleaning, etc.. They were on time, friendly, and did an excellent job. We will likely be in the market for a more regular housekeeping service and they will be at the top of my list.

They did a nice job, but there were a couple areas I wasnt completely happy with. I called Nelson, and he sent someone out to do the touch-ups. I'm looking for a regular cleaning service, and Maid Green is still on my list, but I wasn't "wowed" by my experience.
