I called them for service on my vents, they came over gave me an estimate and came very quickly (a few d

ays) to fix my problems. I would call them again for service should I need it.

Seal Tight was the only construction company to give us a bid (we had four bids), that actually got up on the roof. They were the only ones who recognized that we had to have a full tear down and that our old roofing was sitting on shake shingles.

Brenda, one of the owners, was straight up about the cost and why. She and her crew were extremly professional at all times. The small things that I wanted and quot;tweakedand quot; a bit were done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.

They were prompt. They were thorough. They seemed to know their work. We did not end up choosing them, but what they did was fine. Their responsiveness was excellent. I would use their service for a quote in the future too.

They came out and did a good job. The people who came out were quiet and they did a lot of good work on the roof. I give them A's all down the board.

This was a good experience for us. We're happy with the 20 year warranty. The company was reasonable in price and we had very good communication with them.

Everything promised was delivered from showing up on time to cleaning up the debris created by such a job. The original job was quoted, there were no high-pressure sales techniques, and the final price was the quoted price. The total job was completed in just over one day. I chose Seal Tight based on price and was not disappointed.

New roof was installed in one day. New gutters were installed a few days later. Gutter installation took only a few hours. Seal Tight did not initially get a permit from the city of Sterling Heights for the roof installation. We got a notice of violation from the city, and Seal Tight went to the city offices and took care of it right away (the same day) at no charge to us. We got five estimates before selecting Seal Tight. They gave the lowest estimate, plus there were several houses in our subdivision that they had done. We have never purchased a new roof before, but the people said they did a good job and the roofs looked good. We selected several possible shingle colors and Seal Tight gave us the addresses of houses in the area with those colors, so we could get an idea of what each color looked like. Clean up after the job was good. We have found a few roofing nails, but not excessive.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND NEAT. I WAS REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY SEEMED VERY THOROUGH WITH THEIR WORK.
