They arrived at the time agreed on. Vern and his partner, Tyler, removed their shoes when they entered the house, which my wife appreciated. They laid down drops to protect our hardwood floors. Then they brought in their equipment and while one sealed off all of our vents, the other brought in the big vacuum hose. We left them alone and they worked together for the next 4 1/2 hours. After they were done they cleaned everything up and put anything that they had to move back where it was. Vern then showed us the before and after pictures and asked us to review the house to insure that they didn't forget to clean anything up. This was a great crew, very professional, polite, explained everything that they were going to do, did what they said they were going to do, and cleaned up after they were done. These guys were well trained and show that Safety King is concerned with customer service and satisfaction. This is the second time that we used Safety King and we will use them again.

For our nearly 1800 sq ft home, Safety King did the air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and used a Sporicidin to kill mold and disinfect our airway system. First off, the team was very professional. One of the staff went over the exact process in a courteous manner. They made sure to wear footies so they didn't drag any dirt from the outside back into the home.
When we got to the basement where the furnace was, one of the staff could tell we really didn't know too much about taking care of our home, since we are first time homeowners. He didn't belittle us or make us feel ashamed, rather he offered any guidance he could in caring for our furnace and air vents. He also went above and beyond, telling us if there are things outside of the vent system that we had questions about, that he might be able to offer some suggestions and advice in regards to caring for our home.
We appreciated that more than anything! Such friendly staff and I would use them again and recommend them to my friends/family.
The sporicidin makes the house smell like a hospital for a day or two, but knowing that our air system was disinfected and any signs of mold was worth it!!

Came and gave an estimate, made an appointment for the following week, Bill and Chad showed up on time and got with it! Cleaned both heating and cooling systems and hot water tank cleaning in 7 hours. Very professional and left the finished job neat and clean. My systems had not been cleaned in 21 years - somewhat expensive, but you get what you pay for. Used Angie's List for recommendations and like what I saw in Safety King. Would highly recommend Safety King for Duct Cleaning!

Great overall experience with this company. They were very responsive and good communication.
The service guys, Nick and Jason, showed up on time, got right to work and were very friendly and efficient. They did a thorough job and it was also nice to see how they treated each other in a respectful manner. There was a very pleasant rapport between the two of them.
Perhaps a little more expensive than other duct cleaning companies, but worth it because of the time and effort they put in to make sure the customer is satisfied.

They are really good and they are very professional. People tell me that the price is high but you get what you pay for. Once they are done, they don't need to come back out again for about four or five years. I like them. They were the first guys that started doing all the duct work- that is my understanding and I stick with the original. I have nothing to judge them by because they are the only ones that have done it for me.

Some people do perceive that we are higher priced but if you were to call out some of those $99 specials you'd find that their actual price is higher than ours and they do not use the monster vacs we use, they don't send NADCA certified techs, and most are not even licensed. Kathy from Safety King called me on Thursday, 4-30-15 to inform me that the men would be at my home on Friday 5-1-15 between 8 am - 8:30 am. Matt and Nick arrived at 8:03 am on Friday, 5-1-15. They introduced themselves, thoroughly explained the cleaning process of my furnace, ducts and dryer. Kept asking me if I had questions. Gave me a couple of papers to read about vent cleaning of other areas in the home, such as bathroom fan cleaning, etc. I walked through the home to show them all vents and the furnace. They took pictures of the vents before cleaning and after they were finished.. They completed the job at 11:10 am. (approximately 3 hours). The time was appropriate because of the size of my home. Matt and Nick were very congenial and answered all of my questions. They were extremely knowledgeable about cleaning vents , furnaces, dryers. They move my couch and treadmill to get to a couple of vents. They replaced them after finishing the job. Afterwards, they cleaned my dryer in a matter of minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about this team. They were WONDERFUL!!!!
This is not the first time that I have used Safety King, in fact I, have used them about every four year for the past 15 years. Matt and Nick was one of the best team that I have experienced although I have never had a bad experiences with Safety King.

The two men showed up early and eager to work. They first introduced their selves and showed me their id badges. They gave me a quick demonstration of everything that they were going to do and then quickly got to work. They showed me before and after pictures when they were finished. I was very impressed with their service. I will hire them again in the future. They were very professional and did a great job.

Representative, Chris, came to explain the process and do an on site assessment of our home. I was responsible for clearing furniture and other things away from the ducts before the workmen arrived. The appointment for the job was set and the workmen, Matt and Bill, came on time. They were very respectful of our house and went about their duties.. Pictures were taken of before and after of the inside of the ducts for the cleaning. The job took up a big chunk of the day.
The next day the sealing crew arrived and got the house prepared for the sealant. The processing and sealing took most of the day. When they were finished they moved the furniture, etc. back to the right locations. They even had me check if everything was in it's proper place. Then, I was given the readout of the air loss we had on the first reading compared to the post sealant readings. It was about a 30% improvement. We will see how this affects our future heating/AC use. It does seem to be more evenly heated already as our bedroom was not like an igloo last night.
One thing to suggest is that one should have this done in less extreme weather as the duct cleaning takes all the heat out of your house.

We were having a new furnace installed the next day and wanted to get the ducts cleaned prior to that. They were prompt and got the job done quick.
Another thing I really liked about Safety King was when I called to make the appt. The person who scheduled it for me explained everything in detail, how the process worked and what other options I had available (as we had been affected by a flood). It was very nice to know all of that up front and I could make better decisions on what I wanted done.
