I overheard Larry Gotcher on his sell phone in Meijers. He said and quot;realtorand quot; so I spoke with him about my desire to sell my house.
He in a pleasantly aggressive way said, and quot;I am a realtor, I will sell your house.and quot; We set up an appointment and he sold the house!

When he listed our home he sold it for more than we listed it for. I have never met anyone in the business that is so knowledgeable about how to make a home look more desirable. He goes through and actually tells you how to stage the home. We sold the house almost immediately. Very professional and everything went very smoothly. I wouldn't recommend anyone but him. He also helped us find a reputable real estate agent in Georgia. He didn't just drop once the house was sold.

Carol was a great agent! She was so good at figuring out what we were looking for in each situation (rental vs. owning) and was so very patient with us when we were very picky in our search for the right home. She was also very good at handling an awkward situation in which we discovered that the sellers had been hiding a water problem in their basement just prior to signing a purchase agreement. She also has a fun and relaxed personality, and is very flexible schedule-wise; we have previously worked with agents who are much pickier about when they will show houses, but Carol is happy to make time for her clients despite her busy schedule. Her son even came along a couple of times when we called to ask whether we could look at a property at the last minute and that was the only way for her to make it work, which we didn't mind at all (he was quite entertaining!). She's also extremely efficient; emails and phone calls are usually returned immediately, and when it came to getting documents signed she was totally on top of things, which we really appreciated. We very highly recommend Carol to anyone looking for a home! Very good at discerning her customers' tastes and desires and very patient for buyers who want to take their time.
