 + 0 moreIt went very well and I certainly would recommend his services to anyone. In addition to what was mentioned above went about his inspection without getting distracted. I can be very talkative at times and he would respond appropriately but not take his mind away from what he was supposed to do. As I had mentioned before he was very professional in his ability to complete the task.
Description of Work: He was at the condo to do an inspection. He was very punctual and even arrived a little early. He introduced himself and was a very cordial person. He immediately began the inspection and explained what he was looking for. He also gave some suggestions of how things operated and what to watch for. He was very professional while performing his process and honored a couple requests that the home owner requested.

Description of Work: He changed the batteries in smoke alarms after removing them from the ceiling. They were stuck to the ceiling and I was unable to remove them. He also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink from the dishwasher.

 + -1 moreHe did a great job replacing both vavles, One was almost rusted through and was a flood in the making. Larry Crager has done many projects for me over the past year. He has done a great job each time providing great advice and alternatives when appropriate. Larry and his son Jason are always punctual and provides both quality and value. I have been completely satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: It was a plumbing type job where Larry changed out the rusted valvles in my laundry room.
