Mike Bazzo was the inspector used by the buyer in a property I am selling.  He said there was mold in the basement and he could do a sampling and send it to the lab to see if it was active.  The buyer did not want to pay for the sampling and report so I  did.  Mike Bazzo  took two samples.  In the credit card transaction I provided him with my email address.  He said the report should be ready by Monday.  I called on Monday and left a voicemail with my phone number.  He called back and said the report should be ready soon.  On Wednesday I called him because I still had not received the report.  He then told me he sent it to the buyer because he did not have my contact information.  I was livid. To get the report I contacted the buyer to email it to me.  The mold was inactive and not an issue.  It makes me wonder if he found it to make more money on the mold sampling and report.
How do you charge someone $200 for a report and then not send it to them?  Very unprofessional.  I would not use him.  He also did a sloppy job on other areas. 

Overall it was pretty good. It was very thorough and it was done while I was there and pretty good inspections. The professionalism, I say it from  a reporting standpoint, everything was actually on their website and emailed to me, available electronically versus a hardcover  typically personalized for you. It was backed up with photos and everything too. He came with a camera out and he uploaded photos.
