I will never promote this company.  I would never want anybody to get stuck in like I did.  We ended up having to file a lawsuit.  They had indicated that it was a two day job.  On the second day his men came in and started installing.  They ran out of material and the owner never came out.  I had to cancel a party that I had scheduled for the 4th of June weekend.  He never showed up nor called me.  I had to finally track down the owner who never showed up to monitor his workers.  I finally got a hold of them a week later after his men had left.  He indicated that the material was in and that it had to be cut.  It was June 9th and I never heard a word from him until after we had to hire an attorney.  He told the attorney that the material had to be ordered and that it was coming from Turkey.  I fired them and hired somebody else.  They had to rip out everything and it cost us a lot of money.  It wasn't resolved and we didn't even get the project completed until October before we had to close the court.  The entire summer was wasted.  I wrote a letter to the Better Business Bureau and they haven't come back with anything.  I would never recommend them.  The thing that upset me is that I had looked up and contacted Better Business Bureau since they had a good rating.  We also found out when the new contractor came that the area wasn't properly prepped.  If the job wasn't installed as intended we would have had problems all winter because there were air gaps and froth would have gotten in and around the pool.  It was a mess and my grand children were crying all summer.  We had the hottest summer and my little grand daughter was holding the thermometer which read ninety eight degrees but they couldn't go swimming.  The pricing wasn't bad but it was just the project management.  The materials and labor weren't here.  There wasn't any supervision from the management.  I would never recommend them.
