Our garage door was stuck in the open position on a 0 degree day and night in February 2015. We had to kick up the heat in the house, and tape an aluminum emergency blanket over the door opening from laundry room to garage. We phoned All Seasons Home & Door, Inc., and they were able to fit us into their schedule that same day. The tech came out, repaired and adjusted the photo eyes, and now the door works perfectly. The tech was very efficient and pleasant. Total charge: $65. And we are now "snug as a bug in a rug."
