He also was going to replace a couple of water filters, but we didn't have the parts that we needed at that point. We still have to finish that appointment with him. We've used him for a number of years. He has done everything from replacing cast iron pipes in the basement to repairing drainage within the house for toilets, simple under the counter repair of plumbing. I'm very satisfied with his visits. He has also been an excellent resource for us. We were questioning the current status of our septic system and as a result, he requested someone to come out and initially take a look at it and that worked out very well. So we're in good shape.

Extremely informative about the problems and basically if there were any further issues how we could address it ourselves, Quick, courteous and very informative. Very nice employee.
