+ -1 moreWAS A LITTLE LATE TO APPOINTMENT TIME BUT DID CALL WITH ETA. TECHS WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. MY MAJOR COMPLIANT IS THAT THE MANAGER CALLED AND TRIED TO USE HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH TO SELL ME ON SERVICE. STATED THAT HE THOUGHT I WAS MORE THAN ABLE TO AFFORD THE SERVICE AND THAT THE CONDITION OF THE DUCTS WHERE HORRIBLE. WHAT HE DID NOT KNOW IS THAT HIS TECHS DID NOT OPEN ANY DUCTS SO HOW COULD HE EVEN KNOW THE CONDITION OF ANYTHING. ALSO DO NOT TELL ME IF I CAN AFFORD ANYTHING, I KNOW WHAT I CAN AFFORD, FINALLY HE WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR A ANSWER AND I HAD TO HANG UP ON HIM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
