He was no call no show after agreeing to arrive this morning for the down payment.   I went off to work and received a text from him later that he had personal business to handle is why he didn't show.  Also, if I would give him another chance he would lower the price to $800. 
I sent a text back saying no "thank you."  I wanted no more of this and should have probably gave more credence to the other reviews.
Dear Angie, please take look at this contractor .... does he belong on your site.

Agreed to do some demo work for $7500. Was told not to hurt beams and fire suppression system. Asked me for the final draw because he needed money for dumpsters and never worked again. Stole my trailer, stole a control box for my scissor lift.This guy is nothing but a scam artist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!

We are still in the middle of the project, hopeful it will be completed in a timely manner.  Details above as described, however it is very frustrating to have a 2 day project take 2 weeks. There is debri and garbage and the workers personal garbage left in our yard including two rusted disposable saw blade were found in the grass.
