He started ok, but things seemed to go south the more often he had to come back.
when he finished, he left holes in the wall where the original sink was.
put in a gfi light switch with electrical plugs, which do not work.
he put in trim that did not go the length of the wall.
he literally slopped stain on the trim missing significant areas, and hitting the walls instead.
he used trim that did not lay flush with the corner molding, and it juts out from the corner molding.
the ceiling. he put in a drop ceiling and cut the circle for the can light that was in there and then did not even put trim around the light. we had to go to menards ourselves and get it. once installed we saw why he probably didnt want to do it. if you put the fixture up the way its supposed to be the ceiling tile is pushed up. the can light is to far recessed in the ceiling.
he did not install the electrical high enough in the wall so the trim went through the plate, his solution.... shave off the bottom, unevenly and still mount the plate.
he also cracked the wall that he had replaced, and left it that way, i had to call him to come back.
overall nice guy, and i think he does know how to do things correctly, he just choose not to have any pride in his work......and choose to do a half butted job....sad
