We were very pleased with Jacobs Electrical. They did what they promised to do plus a few extras. What we valued the most was that Jed and Todd both made value added suggestions that helped make the project less stressful plus improved the outcome. Todd did most of the work. He came on time, worked diligently, was responsive to my questions and provided thorough explanations. He also did a good job cleaning up at the end of the day.

Jed Jacobs is the owner of Jacobs Electrical and the person who did the work at our home. He's very easy going, friendly and punctual with excellent communication. He explained the job from start to finish. He also explained possible problems that may come up along the way and gave us options on how to proceed as things came up. I felt as though I was a part of the process and that things went very smoothly. I'd definitely use Jacobs Electrical again after our positive experience.
